1. Service Overview

BoomAlerts provides a platform that enables:

  • Viewers to send donations to streamers
  • Streamers to receive donations and display alerts
  • Customization of donation alerts and widgets
  • Integration with streaming platforms

2. Account Terms

To use BoomAlerts, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old (as required by EU regulations for commercial services)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not use the service for any illegal purposes

We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons under 16 years of age. If we become aware that any user is under 16 years old, we will terminate their account and delete their information from our systems.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our service:

  • You agree to provide valid payment information
  • Donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • We are not responsible for disputes between donors and streamers
  • A platform fee of 10% is applied to all donations
  • Additional payment processing fees may be deducted from payouts as per Stripe's current rates
  • Streamers are responsible for any applicable taxes on received donations

Platform and processing fees are subject to change with prior notice to users. Any changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notifications.

4. Streamer Obligations

As a streamer using BoomAlerts, you agree to:

  • Comply with platform rules and guidelines
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities
  • Maintain accurate payout information
  • Be responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Not use the service for illegal or prohibited content

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Submit false or fraudulent donations
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Attempt to manipulate the system
  • Use the service for money laundering

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify or discontinue features
  • We are not liable for any service interruptions
  • We may perform maintenance as needed

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Pose a risk to our service or other users
  • Have prolonged periods of inactivity

8. Limitation of Liability

BoomAlerts is not liable for:

  • Disputes between users
  • Content shared through our service
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruptions
